    Frequently Asked Questions

    How long will my order take?

    We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday on the next working day. This means that an order placed by 2pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been placed. Due to Covid 19 restrictions deliveries may take up to an extra 2 working days until further notice.

    Which Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

    We accept all major debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.

    Are My Card Details Safe With You?

    Yes, we use a secure server to process your card details and ensure that the information you give us is encrypted. Card details, once processed are not stored, only your order details are retained.

    Are You FSC Certified?

    Yes, Merley became certified in 2012 [C110518]. This means that the Forest Stewardship Council has conducted an audit and is able to trace all the paper used in our till, credit card & ATM rolls back to a sustainable forest.

    How can I check that I am ordering the correct product?

    Although every care has been taken in compiling the roll and ribbon compatibility lists, you should still check your equipment/manufacturers manual for the correct roll sizes needed or ribbon required to ensure the suitability for use of our products. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods selected from our compatibility lists or for damage caused to equipment for which the wrong or incompatible supplies were ordered.
