Result
We decided to use Promeroll as a new way to introduce our gift card to customers.
When we calculated the amount of gift card images we could acquire, over 5.5 million in one months production run, it was an opportunity our marketing team wanted to pursue. Our customer's have reacted very positively and we believe the Promeroll was a major factor in helping us achieve this.
The flexibility of Merley being able to produce quantities suitable to
match our promotional calendar, has allowed Harrods to also use
Promeroll as a means to inform customers of Sunday openings and a Harrods Bear offer.
Promeroll now forms an integral part of our marketing profile, as it
does offer a unique way of making customers aware of our promotions, even after they have left store.
